Planning the pen layout
Measure the intended indoor floor area before selecting a configuration. Leave enough space for a puppy to move away from its resting area, and check the panel height against the individual dog’s size and jumping behaviour. Clear panels provide visibility, but the enclosure still needs airflow and a location away from direct heat and trailing cables.
Using the floor pad and panels
Confirm the pad supplied with the selected option and check how it sits beneath the panel footprint. A protective pad can help with routine cleaning, but joins and uncovered edges may still need attention on timber, tile or carpet. Assemble each connection as directed, inspect the gate before use, and supervise initial sessions. Remove damaged panels or loose fittings immediately.
